• Provides next-level guest service to internal and external guests. Demonstrates #AddLife culture in all interactions with guests and co-workers.
• Responsible for fostering an environment of support and motivation for Team Members.
• Maintains complete confidentiality of all company information at all times.
• Ensures compliance with approved procedures for the HHR areas in a professional manner.
• Maintains the electronic components, systems, and peripherals of gaming machines.
• Repairs and modifies components, electric systems and peripherals of the gaming machines and kiosks.
• Configures HHR machines to meet manufacturers’ and regulatory agency specifications.
• Removes, moves, installs and/or upgrades HHR machines.
• Maintains an inventory of parts for the HHR machines.
• Monitors and tracks the HHR machine malfunctions, the cause, the repair, and the parts involved.
• Tracks and records all test money usage and testing results.
• Protects company assets by adhering to company policies and all state and regulatory compliance to include Internal Controls Policies and Procedures and the Responsible Gaming Plan.
• Notifies shift supervisor of irregularities in customers’ play.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment. Performs all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
• Effectively handles customer concerns and requests.
• Acts in the capacity of other positions on an as needed basis.
• Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position’s supervisor.
• Keeps position supervisor informed of relevant activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Regulatory and Compliance Responsibilities: In addition to the other duties described herein, each Team Member has the following responsibilities related to compliance with laws and regulations.

• Attend required training sessions offered by the Company.
• Obtain and retain required license(s).
• Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
• Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member’s department.
• Have knowledge of the Property’s programs to address problem gaming.
• Report any acts of wrongdoing of which the Team Member may have knowledge.

Position Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED certificate required; Associates degree in electronics or related field preferred. Minimum two (2) years’ experience as an HHR Technician / Bench Technician with A+ Certification preferred. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. Must have excellent PC skills and a working knowledge of word processors and spread sheets. Ability to work in an environment exposed to secondhand smoke, moderate to loud noise levels and varied light levels including flashing lights.
