Guide to most-used functions

1. How to buy products via the app?

Step 1: Log in to your account on our mobile application.

Step 2: Tap on the “Get Quote” button to start your transaction.

Step 3: Select the products you want to purchase or check their features.

Step 4: Complete your customer details.

Step 5: Send the payment link to your customers or make the payment directly on the app.

2. How do I copy-trade quotations and policies?

Step 1: Select “Retrieve Quote” or “Policies”. Then choose the quote or policy you want to duplicate and select “Copy”.

Step 2: Verify that the customer information is correct and up-to-date. If there are changes, update them accordingly.

Step 3: Send the payment link to your customer or make the payment directly on the app.

3. How do I retrieve and save MotorMax/MotorMax Plus quote?

Step 1: Open the MotorMax/MotorMax Plus option under the "Get Quote" section.

Step 2: Review the product features and select the desired plan that best suits your needs.

Step 3: Enter your customer details to proceed with the quote.

Step 4: Save the quote by tapping on the "Save Quote" button. This will keep a copy of the quote for easy retrieval and to work on it later.

Step 5: Retrieve the saved quote by navigating to the "Quotations" section and tapping the desired quote.

4. How do I auto-populate my client’s details?

Step 1: Enter your customer’s mobile number and click “Retrieve”: This will automatically populate your customer’s details in the transaction and application process.

Step 2: Verify the accuracy of your customer’s details: Check that your customer’s auto-populated details are accurate.

Step 3: Update your customer’s information if necessary: If you need to make any changes to your customer’s details, simply click “edit” to update the information.

Step 4: Review all information before proceeding: Before proceeding to the next step, review all the information to ensure everything is correct. This helps to avoid any errors or mistakes that could cause delays or complications.

5. How do I get the complete User Guide?

Please contact your MSIG representative for a copy of the complete user guide.

Login Information

For new users

  1. Request access from your MSIG representative.
  2. Download mPartner from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  3. Activate account within 72 hours after receiving the onboarding emails sent to your registered email address.

For existing users who have forgotten their User ID and/or password

  1. On the login page, click on either “Forget User ID” or “Forget Password option”.
  2. Follow the instructions provided to reset your User ID and/or password.
  3. Alternatively, you can also email us at [emailprotected] with the following information:
    1. User ID
    2. Name
    3. Email address
    4. Mobile number
    5. Your request

FAQs

1. How do I check if the transaction went through?

Tap “Policies” to access issued policies and check if the transaction was successful.

2. How do I trace my sales performance on the mobile app?

Step 1: Open the mobile application and go to the menu bar.

Step 2: Tap on the triple dash icon located on the top left corner of your screen.

Step 3: Select Dashboard from the menu options. This will bring you to the home page with a pie chart showing the sales performance.

3. What is the difference in transacting via the mobile app and Partner eInsure?

Mobile app: You can monitor all your activities using the comprehensive dashboard. You can easily access your issued policies by tapping on the “policies” tab. The app provides a seamless and user-friendly experience, allowing you to manage your business on-the-go.

Partner eInsure: Unfortunately, you are unable to view your transacted policies on the Partner eInsure portal.

4. I have MSIG policies (New Business, Renewals, Endorsem*nts and Cancellations) issued over mobile app, Genlink Plus, eInsure and through my account handler. Can I view these policies through the mobile app?

Unfortunately, you will only be able to view New Business policies issued over mobile app through the Dashboard on the mobile app.

5. What should I do if the credit card I am using on mobile app fails?

If your credit card fails on the mobile app, you can take any of these steps to complete the payment and issue the policy:

  1. Use another card: You can use another credit card to complete the payment. This will ensure that the policy is issued without any further delay.
  2. Send payment link: You can also click on “Send Payment Link” to send a payment link to your customer. You customer can then use the link to complete the payment using their own credit card.

6. How do I get the one-time password (OTP)?

MSIG is currently transitioning existing users from SMS OTP to Email OTP in batches. While this transition is ongoing, we request you to check both your mobile and email for the OTP.

For new users, the OTP will be sent via email.
