Electric Water Heater $0
15 years old, 60 gallon, no problems but we upgraded to a heat pump model., It was previously installed in a clean basem*nt and wrapped in insulation so it looks brand new. It's had a long productive life, and still has years of service left. Water heater timer included.

FARM STUFF - I can send photos upon request.
-Electric chicken netting $0 - Well used but still works if you secure the corners. The posts are a little floppy.
-Small 3pt Cultipacker $100 - 36" wide, heavy, great for raised beds due to it being narrow, or field usage in smaller spaces
-Field cultivator 3pt $75 - not the deep ripper type, but the springy type on a double toolbar. Old and rusty, but works all the same.
-3pt fertilizer spinner $75 - antique, but works well. Galvanized box, flex shaft attaches to pto, adjustable from tractor seat
-BCS rototiller attachment 30" $75 - This was 24" but I added extra tines to widen it to match our garden bed. Our no till farm doesn't need a tiller laying around.

Do you know about Asian jumping worms? From what i’m reading they’re quite harmful in the garden destroying all the topsoil with no known predators. There’s so much on the Internet about them, I would highly recommend a search and seeing if you in fact, have these jumping worms and not garden friendly earth worms. I’m interested in talking to anyone who is familiar with these jumping worms, and how to eradicate them.
