The 4 A's of Success is a concept that emphasizes the importance of asking questions, having a positive attitude, taking action, and being accountable. Asking is important because it allows you to gain knowledge, and knowledge is power. Having a positive attitude is important because it helps you to surround yourself with others who have the same beliefs and to perceive yourself, your solutions, and your company as the best in class. Taking action is important because it helps you to make things happen and not to be paralyzed by the fear of failure. Being accountable is important because it helps you to be responsible to yourself and to one another and to be the person your client wants you to be while being the person your company needs you to be.
Ask – be actively inquisitive
Attitude – have confidence and conviction in everything you do
Action – be actively engaged
Accountability – be responsible to yourself and to one another
